Standard delivery option

For all confirmed orders to be delivered via standard delivery option, the estimated delivery time is 4-8 weeks from the order confirmation date.

While we ensure that you receive your orders within the delivery time indicated in our shipping policies, unforeseen and uncontrollable events may cause the delay of your delivery. We will contact you in the event of any disruption.


Assembly & Installation

Highly trained members of our team will assemble and install all furniture, interior fittings and home decor purchased online from BuildEasy. This is to secure the best quality of service you deserve for placing your trust in us to join you in this important milestone in your life – building your dream BuildEasy home. The estimated completion time is 4-8 weeks from the order confirmation time.

While we always strive to deliver your dream home within the set time period, unforeseen and uncontrollable events may cause the delay of completion. Should any issue arise that may hinder our progress, we will contact you immediately.

Financing Options

Worry not! We offer financing options via our partner bank credit card facility which can be converted into Easy Payment Plan. If this is not for you, you can opt for a renovation loan from one of our participating bank partners. Email us now at sidekick@webuildeasy.com for further information.


Transaction Failures

In the event of a failed transaction, you should not worry as no amount is deducted from your credit or debit card. Failed transactions may be due to multiple reasons such as unstable internet connection and/or incorrect billing information provided.

To avoid any disruption, please make sure that you have a strong internet connection once you have finalised your order and check that you have accurately provided the correct billing information. Should you encounter further difficulties in securing your payment, please feel free to contact us at sidekick@webuildeasy.com and we will immediately attend to your billing concerns.

Bookings Cancellations

You can cancel your bookings within 3 working days after our final quotation has been sent. We will refund your booking fee (RM300) paid within 15 days’ time.

Order Cancellations

No cancellations will be entertained after receiving our first 50% payment.


Return & Exchange Policy

BuildEasy listens.

We understand that sometimes things don’t simply work out. That’s why we have a convenient exchange policy to give you more reasons to smile. Please understand though all items purchased from our online store can be exchanged one for one in the event of defects. Unfortunately, customised furniture pieces / built-ins are NOT part of this list.

We are definitely on your side that unforeseen and unavoidable conditions beyond human control may affect the quality of the item you have purchased from us – which in most cases happen while your order is on its way to you. Though our dedicated team carefully inspects every single item leaving our warehouse, there might be chances that goods can be damaged while in transit. Not to worry though as we will honour a replacement for damaged items for this reason, as well as those with factory flaws. We only request from you that you inform our delivery team immediately, even as soon as receiving your package. It helps us logistically prepare the replacement of your order.

Customers are required to inform us of any issue concerning purchases delivered on the same day of the receipt of goods. After the day of the order delivery, BuildEasy will NOT consider returns of goods.

  1. All products must be returned unused with its original price tags and labels.
  2. The original invoice must be presented upon returning the merchandise.
  3. Any non-factory defects and damages post-delivery to customers are not valid for returns, replacements, and/or refunds.
  4. Note that taxes and duties paid on your purchase are non-refundable.

Duration

Product warranty duration is valid for a period of 3 years. Products that cover this aspect include: vinyl flooring, built-ins, furnitures, and curtains only. Each product warranty starts from the date we sign project completion and handover form with client. Please refer to the product details to see the warranty conditions and description for every product.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Claims are examined to determine warranty coverage of all items purchased from BuildEasy.
  2. The original purchase receipt must be presented as proof of purchase.
  3. Upon approval of warranty claim, the product will be repaired or replaced with the same or comparable product with a value not higher than the price of the original product purchased.
  4. In the event that repair work has been done to a product without any authorisation from BuildEasy, the product’s warranty coverage is automatically void.
  5. Warranty terms and conditions are fixed, non-negotiable, non-transferable and only benefits the original purchasers of the product.

This warranty is not applicable:

  1. To products that have been stored incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products
  2. To atypical wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents
  3. If products have been placed outdoors or in a humid environment or if the products have been used for non-domestic purposes (unless otherwise stated)
  4. To consequential or incidental damages

I have an open floor plan or a SOHO unit. How do you define a "room" under an open-concept space?

We understand this can be tricky! When there is an open-concept floor plan, certain areas may be merged into one due to the space constraints. If you want to achieve continuity between your living area and dining area, do drop us an email at sidekick@webuildeasy.com or live chat us and we'll be very happy to assist you on a case by case basis!

How does the process work?

After choosing from our range of designs and customising the furniture options available based on your preference, our friendly consultants will arrange a visit to your place. We will measure your space and confirm the quantity needed for proper dimensions/coverage of any specified material. Then, we will send you a final quote based on your dimensions and once confirmed, sit back and relax while we finish everything in 4-8 weeks!

How long does a design project take?

From A-Z, our process takes 4-8 weeks. However, please note that the delivery of furniture items might be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (refer to ‘terms & conditions’). We will contact you immediately should there be any delays!

What if something goes wrong?

What if I want to change/customise other items from the design?

BuildEasy ONLY allows customisation to furniture colours. This is to minimise any time delays & cost overruns that typically occurs in standard renovation projects. However, stay tuned as we work to make your experience even more enriching by allowing even more personalisation in the future!

If a furniture I want becomes unavailable before I purchase it, what do I do?

You can select new colour options for your designs if a particular colour selection is discontinued or is no longer available. If you would still like the desired colours, you can reach out to sidekick@webuildeasy.comand our in-house design team can help you find a solution

I want to know the materials used for my selected design, how do I find out?

Rest assured, BuildEasy strives to offer only the highest quality available. When our consultants pay a visit to your home, we will run through the whole design together with a material samples for your reference. In addition, when we send in our final quotation, a detailed breakdown of specifications will be sent as well. Still not convinced? Our three year warranty should do the trick!

Where is the furniture sourced from?

Here at BuildEasy, we strictly do not compromise on quality. We only partner with Malaysian retailers and our panel of suppliers are carefully vetted and screened through before they are allowed to join in. We do not use "preferred" vendors but source products from many different vendors that match your tastes, needs, and budget.

What if I want to do other areas not available on the website?

At the moment, BuildEasy only offers Kitchen, Living, Bedroom & Dining. Once again, stay tuned as we are looking to expand our portfolio to include other areas in the future

What if the designs shown are very different from my actual layout / size?

Please note that designs shown on website are for illustration purposes ONLY, BuildEasy does not guarantee or promise a 100% replica of the design selected due to the differences in unit size / height / dimensions / layout etc. Also, material selection and colour shown on website may appear different from actual product. However, BuildEasy strives to help you achieve your dream home based on your selected design as closely as possible.

What if I have existing furniture i want to reuse?
